With the flowing melodies and harmonies over the top and of course the battle on stage between the female and male singer that is definitely something not to miss.
In their short time the band have shared the stage with the likes of These Kids Wear Crowns (CAN), The Mission In Motion, A Sleepless Melody, Cartel (USA), We Rob Banks, Take Us To Vegas as well as headlining their own successful shows. Along with their Busy Schedules we had Jemma here who'll be answering these questions.

How did you get the name Goodnight Midnight?
We were throwing around a heap of different names for a few weeks mostly with one or three words till we were inspired by a local band that we used to take alot of inspiration from when the band was "one year later". They had a song which the band really loved, we jumbled up the words and that's how the name Goodnight Midnight came to be.
How did the band get together describe the progress for you?
The band started out with members from the old band "one year later who decided it was time for a change in not only music but members. They auditioned about 30 other female singers to find me which was a nerve racking experience singing infront of five guys in room under a house (which is where we used to practice till the police ruined the party and told us to stop haha). They found Billy the rhythm guitarist just before me then David Our bass player just after me who seemed to just fit into our band. the process of getting our final member Dave was a huge relief and we finally got the chance to focus on writing music.
Sharing the stage with major names,What does that feel like for you guys as you were just starting out?
I think sharing the stage with such big names being such a young band really pushed us to lift our game not only in music writing but also live performances. We were all really nervous and excited about sharing the stage with our first international band These Kids Wear Crowns but i think since then we've only pushed ourselves harder and harder to show people that we mean business and that we really love what we do, so much so that Goodnight Midnight is now a full time job for all of us (along with our normal full time jobs and study) and we are loving it!

What is your insperation for your music?
oh inspiration for music is so broad ranging from A Day To Remember, Woe is me, Isles and glaciers, Ivorylne, Pierce the veil and sleeping with sirens and of course a bit of paramore. There is alot more but at the moment my memory is failing me haha
Where are you from?
I'm (Jemma) am from Brisbane as are the rest of the guys although we all live sparesly ranging from Parkinson to Redbank Plains, Springfield lakes, Milton, and Fortitude valley.
For someone who hasnt heard of you How would you describe yourself to them?
I'd say we are pop/rock/ alternative with a heavier music sound but melodic and harmonic vocals over the top.
What are some christmas wishes this year ?
This Christmas i think we'd all just wish that everyone had a good time catching up with friends and family and for it to be safe we've spent so much time on tour and working and studying we're all just hoping for a safe and relaxing small break before getting back into it. I personally also wish to get a puppy although in a house where cats rule i doubt it'll happen haha
If you had one super power what would it be?
Brent says he'd love to be able to fly
Billy said he'd love to have the power for atomic manipulation then he could do whatever he wanted.
I (jemma) would just love to have magic powers haha
david just said he'd choose invisibility
and terry would like to be able to see the future to ensure what he's doing now is the best it can be for him and the people in his life
The song 'Heartless',What is it about?
The song heartless is about a friend of ours being really down in the dumps about a girl and who really shut down and shut out the world and we were all really concerned about him and really helped him out of the rut he was in and the song is basically that story that i think alot of people can relate to in life and find solace in the fact that they aren't alone. Atleast thats what we hope. we have really strong views with helping eachother out and helping those that are fighting depression. Personally having had depression quite badly when i was younger I believe no one should have to go through it alone and am the first person to be there when someone is down. It's such a serious illness and i think it is almost considered normal now, which means it gets overlooked as being serious which is really bad in my opinion and I'd love to see that change!
What is your favourite song of your own?
I think all our favourite song on our EP is The Lighthouse. It was such a black horse, as in after we had recorded it and rewritten it about a hundred times to try and get it the way we wanted. We got our first mix back and were all blown away at the fact that we wrote it. haha
